Magistrates Court Cases
We have many years experience of representing clients at the Magistrates Court. We routinely cover cases in Northampton, Bedford, Luton, St Albans, Watford and Hatfield. Legal Aid is often available if you have been charged with an offence. In that minority of cases where you are not eligible for legal aid we will provide you with a competitive quote to deal with your case on a private paying basis.
Crown Court Cases
If your case proceeds to a trial in the Crown Court you will usually be able to obtain legal aid to cover your legal costs. There may be a contribution to pay to the Court, depending on your income and capital assets. We will usually instruct a specialist barrister to deal with your case who we will select on the basis that they are suited to the case.
